| Label as | Enter how you want the TForce shipping quote labeled at checkout. Common choices include “Freight”, “LTL Freight”, “Shipping”, or the carrier’s name. |
| Delivery estimate options | Don’t display delivery estimates Choose this option if you don’t want delivery estimates displayed. Display estimated number of days
Choose this option if you want the estimated number of days in transit displayed. Display estimated delivery date
Choose this option if you want an estimated delivery date displayed. The estimated ship date can be affected by the cut off time and fulfillment offset settings. |
| Cut off time & ship date offset | These settings are relevant when a delivery estimate is displayed.
Order cut off time
Enter the time after which an order should be quoted as shipping on the next business day. Leave blank if you don’t want to use a cut off time. Fulfillment offset days
Enter the number of days needed to prepare the order before shipping. Leave blank if you don’t need an offset. What days do you ship orders?
Select the days of the week on which you ship orders. The plugin uses these days when determining the estimated ship date. |
| Lift gate settings | Always quote lift gate delivery When checked, every quote will include the carrier’s lift gate delivery fee. Offer lift gate delivery as an option
When checked, an additional shipping option that includes lift gate delivery will be presented at checkout so the shopper can choose between the options. Always include lift gate delivery when a residential address is detected
When checked, if a residential delivery address is detected, the lift gate delivery fee is included in the quote. In this case the option to offer lift gate delivery as a separate choice is suppressed, even if enabled. When automatic address detection is enabled, merchants may choose to always require a lift gate for residential deliveries. |
| Handling unit settings | Weight of handling unit Enter the weight in pounds of the pallet, skid, crate, or other handling unit. Leave blank to disable this setting. Maximum weight per handling unit
Enter the maximum weight in pounds that can be placed on one handling unit. Leave blank to disable this setting. When both handling unit settings are in use, the plugin can account for additional handling units based on the shipment weight. |
| Handling fee / markup | Enter the amount to increase or decrease the shipping quote before it is shown to the shopper. Enter a number such as 3.75 for a dollar amount, or a percentage such as 5%. Leave blank to disable. A negative value decreases the quote. |
| Enable logs | When checked, the Logs page will contain up to 25 of the most recent API transactions. Use these records to review requests and responses. |
