Day & Ross API Connection Instructions for BigCommerce

1. Obtain your Day & Ross API credentials.
2. Connect the application to the Day & Ross API.

Use of the Day & Ross API requires a special set of credentials that are different than those you use to sign into dayross.com. If you already have the credentials, skip to Step 3. If not, email mydayross@dayandrossinc.ca and request them. Be sure to identify your account number and account name in the email and state that you “need credentials for the Day & Ross API in order to retrieve LTL rate estimates for your eCommerce storefront.” Please allow 2 business days for a response.

Locate Day & Ross in the list of available integrations, and click the Add Account link.

If you previously activated the Day & Ross integration, locate it in the Installed Providers or Inactive Installed Providers list and click on the Connection Settings link.

The Connection Settings page is used to establish the app’s connection to Day & Ross’s Application Programming Interface (API). Enter the information prompted for, then click Save Settings. After the settings have been saved, click on the Test Connection button. You’ll see a success message if the app was able to establish a connection with the Day & Ross servers. If the test failed, something about your connection settings information is incorrect. Make the necessary corrections and try again.
