To connect the Real Time Shipping Quotes app to the FreightQuote.com, navigate to the Connection Settings page for the integration and enter the credentials by following the instructions below.
| Username | Enter the username you use to sign into freightquote.com |
| Password | Enter the password you use to sign into freightquote.com. |
Click the Save button to save your settings, and then click the Test button to test the connection.
If your connection test fails and you’re confident that you have your username and password entered correctly, it’s probably because your account isn’t enabled for API access. To request access to the API, send an email to EnterpriseTMSProductSupport@enterprisetms.com. In the body of your email identify your FreightQuote account number and the username (email address) you use to login to FreightQuote.com.
