Follow these instructions for the settings required to establish a connection with the Estes Express API.

The Connection Settings page is used to establish the plugin’s connection to the Estes Express web service.

You must have an Estes Express account to use this integration. If you don’t have one, contact Estes Express at 866-378-3748, or email customercare@estes-express.com.

Important: The Estes REST API uses case-sensitive credentials. Enter your username and password exactly as provided by Estes, using the correct uppercase and lowercase letters.

On the Providers page, locate Estes Express and click the Add account link. Enter the information prompted for using the instructions below.

When you’re done, click the Save button to save your connection settings. Click the Test Connection button to verify the connection to the Estes Express servers.

If the test is successful, you’ll see a confirmation message. If the test fails, verify the information entered, paying particular attention to the capitalization of your username and password. Make any necessary corrections and try again.

After you establish a successful connection, return to the Real Time Shipping Quotes User’s Guide to continue setting up the plugin.
